Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cd Automation CD3000-HB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ckd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cloos parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Charmilles product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ckd such as the CAC4A5075 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECSDE020C4B551 manufactured by Cloos and we are pleased to be able to service most Cloos systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 813191 by Manufacturer Charmilles as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cole-Parmer-Masterflex Brand 7300907730040751810 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ckd such as STLBP equipment made by Ckd have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 82505221R by Cognex and STLBP spares by Ckd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
